Alisa: Having my whole family here for the summer- got to see Sara and the boys almost every day! Learned how to simplify, watched unwrapped with the boys, went parking with the cousins, took lots of naps, did endless batches of laundry, girls trip with Gram, Aunt Cindi, and mom to
Silverthorne, exercised almost everyday, read tons with the boys, lots of time at the pool, made banana cookies (might need to make a batch right now!), found something wonderful about each day-even if it was small, learned tons about a time and a season for all things, enjoyed all the farmers markets and fresh food, loved when anyone from Justin's family came in for a visit, and loved cleaning out a few scary corners of my house.
Nathan: Waking up every day and saying, "Are we going to get to see Tanner, Jake, and Mikey?" and the answer always being, YES! Learning how to swim, learning how to read, eating Popsicles and other frozen treats in Mammy's back yard, seeing all the
Hillan cousins, watching Life and Tom and Jerry, watching his fish grow, learning how to ride a scooter and do jumps, making forts with Kendall, playing house, shooting dart guns at the door (ALL summer), weekly trips to the library, going for walks, playing HARD and learning a small value of the word work.
Kendall: Playing baseball, soccer, and catch, taking naps with mom, sneaking all treats in the house, hanging out with his buddies (Cooper and Mikey), wrestling with Nathan and winning most of the time, going to the mall, staying up way too late, reading books - 10 little ladybugs, combing mom's hair, visiting GG, collecting bugs with Nathan, and playing crazy 8's with the fam.
